Can anyone tell me how this nutcase gets to roam around New Orleans with a 12 gauge when residents are being asked to give up their weapons and leave?
So here's a tip for all of the New Orleans folks who'd like to stay; just tell them you're a celebrity who's here to help and they call off the dogs.
