Proclaiming "It's a good day in New Orleans", Mayor Mumbles wants folks to start getting back into "dey nohmal operations" come Monday. Hundreds dead while he and Blanco argued over bus driver licensing, bodies yet to be discovered, billions to be spent in resurrecting shattered lives and levees. A good day.
Does that mean he's selling the new house in Dallas and bringing HIS family back too?
