As she auditions for a role in the upcoming season of the Soprano's, Megan Kendel, one of the chief legal talking heads for Fox, did her absolute best to bring certain complicated legal issues into laymen terms. And while confused as to why the most liberal member of the Supreme court would be singled out by Conservative Senator's in order to hold back the maddog mentality on the Democratic side, was absolutely brilliant in determining that Justice Ginsberg did indeed answer certain questions and did indeed not answer certain questions.
In contacting her Father, it was interesting to note that while Mr. Kendel felt that the tens of thousands of dollars he spent to send his daughter to law school was the biggest waste of money since the Federal government gave millions of dollars to New Orleans to bolster it's levees, "it did teach her how to lie pretty damned good on camera," so the money was not entirely misspent.
