Science In The News...Dolphin With "Legs"

This is of course silly, but until the remains of the true Ark can be found, we'll never know how Noah kept his dolphins onboard. Yet even if it is soon discovered, there is little hope as to finding any manifest detailing the characteristics of such animals from ancient times.
In this photo released by Taiji Whale Museum, divers hold a bottlenose dolphin which has an extra set of human palm-sized fins near its tail in Taiji, Wakayama prefecture (state) in western Japan, on Saturday November 4, 2006. Japanese researchers said Sunday that the could be the remains of back legs, providing further evidence that ocean-dwelling mammals once lived on land.
