Custom Wheels
I've an old Ruger Vaquero sitting around gathering dust that I'm thinking of sending off to Gary Reeder to convert into this. Yes, LONG COLT is engraved into the piece but I'm sure I could talk him into deleting the "Long". Pricey ($1095) but I like the looks.
A close friend had a New Vaquero done up right swell and the gun couldn't be made more accurate if it had to be. Reeder does offer the caveat that +P loads should be avoided in order to mimimize recoil, but I've owned and shot smaller guns in bigger caliber so just maybe I could stand the oomph.
