Now how impossible is this. Guns are illegal for civilian use in Montreal. Didn't the criminal realize this? Are more signs necessary? Should they hand out fliers? Billboards? Whatever the case, it's clear that those who would resort to violence MUST be made aware of the fact that it is against the law and such actions will not be tolerated. After all, with some of the strictest anti-gun laws in the known universe, it's obvious that the killer wasn't aware of any of these laws, so society is to blame for not making madmen with deadly weapons more cognizant of how really really serious this is.
Whats that you say? If but one among the crowd of running, screaming sheeple had a weapon of his own, the entire affair could have ended with one well-placed shot? Wow. How backwoodsman is THAT. People...defending...THEMSELVES?
