DNA Discoverer: Blacks Less Intelligent Than Whites

One of the world's most eminent scientists has created a racial firestorm in Britain.

"James D. Watson, 79, co-discoverer of the DNA helix and winner of the 1962 Nobel Prize in medicine, told the Sunday Times of London that he was "inherently gloomy about the prospect of Africa" because "all our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours — whereas all the testing says not really."

Doctor Watson (sorry, couldn't help myself) has been making statements similar to this for what time is it now...over 40 years, and at first his theories were met with begrudging admiration because of his absolute genius.

Not any more. Doesn't matter what science says, when it comes to maintaining a politically correct view of the world around us...hell, just look at the global warming freakazoids...everything must first be tempered with caveats galore (wasn't she a Bond villain) least the fragile among us grow teary eyed at the thought of one "race" being superior to another at ANYTHING.

Interesting side note time: Listening to Limbaugh today and continue to be amazed at the mans lack of education. We are of an age, and back then EVERYONE knew of Watson & Crick, and through the years EVERYONE knew that Watson said what was on his mind, regardless of where the pc chips would fall.

Not Rush. He kept referring to Watson as some scientist, who won the NOBEL PRIZE ( uttered with a definite and somewhat incredulous question mark left hanging), and was obviously totally unfamiliar with one of the most brilliant minds of the 20th Century. It certainly would have helped Limbaugh's presentation of this story were he to have had one single clue as to what he was speaking about, but, as he so often (every other nanosecond) explains, it is not what one says that is as important as it being said with a PASSION.

Whatever. Wouldn't hurt the guy to pick up a book now and again. Or at least have one of his minions discover this new fangled deal they're calling Google.

Shooting the Messenger is getting far too easy these days.
