Friday's Fun From Factoid Flummery

FACT: In the 2004 election, 5.5 million Californians voted for George W. Bush.

FACT: In the 2004 election, nearly 3 million Texans voted for John Kerry.

In dithering through this downright dreary dichotomy...generally speaking, Texas and California are at opposite ends of the spectrum defining modern man as homo sapien robustus versus homo sapien gracile...we discover the incontrovertible truth that more Californians exercised a Conservative bent than did the descendants of the Alamo. Considering the hispanic presence in Texas, it isn't difficult to understand the love for so liberal a politician, but how does one even begin to explain the land of fruits and nuts.
