Chinese To Develop Sciences, Technology
I remember the same headlines two decades ago. Two decades later they're still buying "hi-tech" weapon systems from France and Russia, and two decades from today they'll continue to be two decades behind real hi-tech. It's called communism. Communism doesn't mesh with brainpower. Take a close look at any liberal. Not TOO close. Communists aren't all that keen on this amazing breakthrough everyone is referring to as soap.
