Federal HST, 230 grains, approx 1000 fps from a 5" .45 caliber semi-automatic.An even inch in diameter. Popping thumb-sized holes is what it's all about, and I'm sending a case to a certain ranch in Texas that's seen it's share of noxious critters. Am tempted to get out the Dremel and lightly notch my initials...nah.
