ALBANY - "An upper East Side plastic surgeon accused of "moral unfitness" and botching supersized breast implants said he won't contest the charges and surrendered his medical license to the state Health Department yesterday.
Dr. Brad Jacobs, who practiced at 55 E. 86th St., admitted he could not defend himself against multiple charges of misconduct leveled at him in June by state Health Commissioner Richard Daines. The 45-year-old physician has been barred from treating patients since then.
The state moved to lift Jacobs' license after several women complained he made their breasts so big they fell apart.
The state probers had also chided Jacobs for allegedly smoking crystal methamphetamine with one of his patients and having sex with her at his apartment.
Jacobs at first said he would vigorously contest the Health Department charges.
The loss of his medical license is indefinite.
Only a year ago, Jacobs was riding high, announcing he was opening a "Star Butts" clinic to give women posteriors shaped just like the bottoms of curvy celebrities."
How in the hell do they expect us to understand what this was all about without any PICTURES?
