Gilligans Loon Island...

On tonights epoisode of "Lost" we learned what we've known since Michael returned, but the producers felt was wise to drag out as long as possible. He had to free the weasley little guy being held captive in the hatch, and bring 4 people back to The Others with him. Well, we didn't know about the people, but this is typical of what a liberal, any liberal would do, so freeing Henry wasn't a surprise, but the asinine list was.

And has anyone else noticed the strange noise that accompany's the handling of "A GUN"? Each and every time someone picks up a firearm it sounds as if they're shaking a can full of bb's. Theatrical presentations are nothing without sound effects...all dogs must whine...but the THE GUN deal is weird. Everyone fights for THE GUNS, must have A GUN, and the proof positive of how evil they are is played out to the extreme when Michael...one of the whiniest of all of Gilligan's whacky liberals...goes and offs two innocent people because he believes that The Others will free his son.

It ends with the burial of the two women, Jack of course gives the eulogy because after all he's the King of Gilligan's Island For Liberals. Fat Boy has a word or two because he's the comic relief and we need it as we're forced to watch the people mourn their dead while the horrid actor portraying Michael glances sideways with that "Who me, I'm no bad-guy" look.

They argue, and argue and argue until it's decided to do something really stupid. Like sending a handful of them to attack The Others with their pitiful little assortment of GUNS.

Next week we'll be privelged to see their futile attempt at freeing Michael's son...they always fall into traps...and did I mention The Boat?

This weeks G.I.F.L. ended with the assembled mourners glancing to the pounding surf as they spy a small sailing craft bobbing in the waves.

It isn't about the Supernatural. It isn't even about a study in human psychology. It is what it is. Gilligans Island For Liberals, so anything goes, people can't be trusted, and whiny dogs will bring you dope.
