Yes, Bad. Marines are the only ones permitted to behave thusly and it tasks me to see this never-was stretch himself to the limits just to reach the point of wannabe.

The "rehab" he's going to is "Top Shelf". Kinda like a 4 star resort (natch)...trouble is...it ain't no bottom. He's gotta hurt somemore. I've referred 1 or 2 people there myself over the years. He'll be back again...hopefully no one will have died next time....
