Sweet mother of pearl, have you ever even owned a dog, Patricia? They can't perspire, you see, so they pant when they're excited to relieve the built up, ah to hell with it. Laughing. Dogs are laughing when they pant. And while stopping to water a fire hydrant they're really giving directions when they lift their legs like that.
