Reporting from the SHOT Show, Caleb informs us that Taurus will cease manufacturing the Gaucho, and thats a shame. I only got to fire one once and thought the gun to be a good value, somewhere along the lines of $400 OTD real-world.
Jeff Quinn of GunBlast liked the one he tested as well (he actually tested it I just killed some felonious soda cans), and from all accounts that reached my notice the Gaucho seemed to be holding its own against Ruger's Vaquero. Is it possible that the guys and gals of SASS only wanted to buy American?
