Mohammed And The Flying Horse

August 22 commemorates the day Mohammed flew his Buraq...a magical horse with the face of a woman and the tail of a peacock... to heaven and back, stopping long enough to tether it alongside the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem.

It seems that our islamic friends were going to celebrate that mystical journey by exploding several aircraft over the United States, so thank you to the Brit and American operatives who tracked many of these fiends down and foiled this attempt to kill as many thousands of innocent people as possible.

Now can ANY of our liberal colleagues offer a reason why we shouldn't redouble our efforts to rid the world of such beasts?

There are no terrorists? Bush was making all this up? Moslems are misunderstood and just want to live in peace?

August 22 is a mere 11 days from now. One can only wonder how many other special treats they have in mind to surprise us with.

PS: Buraq Airlines in Indonesia is referred to by Westerners as Berserk-Air because of the propensity for their planes to come crashing down from the sky. One such aircraft flew into a mountain less than a week after I'd been aboard, and it was always a chore to buckle up with those folk at the controls.

The story of Buraq or flying horse is not mentioned in quran.so it is a fake story.the prophet Mohmed did'nt fly to heaven.this story is came from fabricated hadeeths(scandels)after 200 years of prophet.tthe origin of the story is in helenistic age (pagasus).then it came to persia in BC 6 th century which the zarasthustra went to heaven on a flying horse and brought there religeos text Avestha.zorashtrian was the religeon of the ancient persia.the persian imams like Bukari,Muslim,Abudawud,Thirmidi....etc copied this story to islam to increase the prayer(Mihraj).so many muslims believed that this Mihraj-buraq-story is there own.because they went away from quran through the fabricated lies(Hadeeths).but the quran is not responsible for this case.
