Australian PM calls for "Big Brother" eviction
CANBERRA (Reuters) - "Australian Prime Minister John Howard called Monday for reality television program "Big Brother" to be taken off the air after an incident between contestants prompted an investigation into sexual assault."
Yes, that's right. The leader of a Western nation getting involved with a television show. Howard, while a staunch ally of our, is Mr. Nanny personified, and all they'd need do is rename the show "Running With Scissors", and Australian police would be there in a shot to close down production.
People are dumb. People cannot be trusted to take care of themselves. People need help with every aspect of their daily lives. Is it any wonder that when genuine trouble comes along the world freezes in place? Add Hillary RodHam to the mix of world "leaders", and we're all doomed.
