COLUMBIA, S.C. - "Hillary Clinton Sunday ratcheted up charges that the Obama campaign is "deliberately distorting" the Clintons' remarks to drive a wedge between her and black voters.
Hoping to fend off deterioration in a key pillar of her base, Clinton spent another day trying to deflect criticism from her suggestion President Lyndon Johnson played as big a role in the civil rights movement as the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.
"I think it's important to set the record straight. Clearly, we know from media reports that the Obama campaign is deliberately distorting this," Clinton charged on NBC's "Meet the Press."
Blah-blah...lets skip the minutiae and get to the important stuff. Has anyone ever taken so many bad pictures? Has anyone, anywhere, ever looked so downright goofy on a regular basis?
The answer is of course, no. Bad actors are usually discovered long before they get the chance to make fools of themselves, and had Hillary begun her political career as a nobody instead of as the wife of a President she'd still be jockeying for a city council job back home in Little Rock.
She's B-list all the way. Not ready for prime time and isn't getting there anytime soon. Could the country actually elect so obvious a phony?
