Yet Another Clinton Campaign Backer Is Arrested

"Two New Jersey state legislators, a minister and two mayors - one a Hillary Clinton campaign backer - were among the biggest fish netted yesterday in a sweeping federal corruption sting.

In all, 11 public officials were arrested for taking payoffs from a fake insurance company set up by the FBI in the year-long probe.

"I thought I could no longer be surprised by a combination of brazenness, arrogance and stupidity, but the people elected in this state continue to defy description," said U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie, who is on a crusade against corruption.

He called it "the disease that affects the State of New Jersey."

The investigation began small, with a probe of the school board in Pleasantville, near Atlantic City. As some of corrupt school board members referred the phony firm to other officials, it grew to engulf assemblymen, mayors and councilmen from Passaic and Essex counties.

Christie said Pleasantville officials took federal law enforcement officials "on a corruption tour of New Jersey."

Prosecutors quoted former Passaic City Council member Jonathan Soto telling probers posing as crooked insurance men, "Moving forward, I have other friends in other municipalities, and I'm all for getting my feet wet as well, man, you know what I'm saying?"

All 11 officials were captured on audio- or videotape accepting bribes ranging from $1,500 to $17,500, prosecutors said.

They were arrested at their homes in early morning raids and hit with extortion-related charges.

Passaic Mayor Sammy Rivera, 60, allegedly accepted $5,000 at a secret restaurant meet, offering to use his influence to name the dummy company Passaic's official insurance broker.

Rivera, a former cop with a checkered history, was also a featured member of Clinton's long list of campaign endorsements. He was on Clinton's Mayor's Council and her National Hispanic Leadership Council.

Clinton's camp, still red-faced from the embarrassing runner taken by fugitive fund-raiser Norman Hsu a day earlier, quickly booted Rivera from the campaign's committees.

"These are serious charges," campaign spokesman Blake Zeff said."

For a moment, I know this will be disgusting so just for a moment, imagine yourself to be a Clinton supporter. For some reason you've continued to back these people through thick and thin, through rape and robbery and perjury, felony after felony. You'll even admit to yourself that the Clinton's are SO sleazy they give lawyers a bad name.

When does it end? When will you stop and say enough is enough, it's just high time to end electing Clinton's to ANY public office. Time to assume a semblance of humanity and force them to step down and go about their sleazy ways, selling used cars or chasing ambulances but anywhere that isn't associated with what is suppose to be the public good.

Okay you can go back to being a decent human being again and accept my apologies for making you think like a sociopath. Its beneficial to stand in the shoes of an enemy, no matter how revolting the prospect might seem, but this was out of line and I know it.
