I'd have said Newark, NJ as the worst, but since the poll that led to these results was answered by English-speaking peoples, that leaves Newark out. Florida as a whole is the worst state I've ever driven in; directional signals are NEVER used, traffic lights are considered mere suggestions, and old and young alike park wherever they damned well please to and so what you can't make it into the grocery store because of all the cars blocking the way.
Miami is pretty bad, probably the worst city in all the state because of the combination of retirees, kids, and Boo-Hisssspanics.
