Informal, unorganized, and quiet is how virtually EVERY moonbat idea takes root. They redefine cradle-to-grave as cradle-forever. Some of us do what little we can to call attention to informal, unorganized, et al, bartering of personal responsibility for blissninny protection from literally everything, but the leeches never sleep and it's a tough hill to keep climbing.
Labelling such means otherwise sane peoples of good will would then be placed on the rolls of child-abusers, and picture this, circa 10 years from today...
