Cheney Told Aide of C.I.A. Officer, Notes Show
By DAVID JOHNSTON, RICHARD W. STEVENSON and DOUGLAS JEHL

Notes of the previously undisclosed conversation between the vice president and his chief of staff appear to differ from Mr. Libby's testimony to a federal grand jury.

Pardon, but I'm terribly slow, and could someone, anyone, tell me how the NY Times has come into possession of federal grand jury testimony attributed to Mr. Libby? Isn't this the very same newsrag, strike that, paper, that avows to the highest of heavens that testimonies should be kept private unto death? Oh, you say that only counts when a REPORTER wants to keep something secret, ah, I see.

And this mealymouthed "appear to differ"... what's that? DO they differ, or do they NOT differ? And these are his handwritten notes, right? Sweet mother of pearl, but if anyone every compared MY handwritten notes to what was actually said, I'd spend the rest of eternity learning how to cook for my new husband "Tiny".

Friday is the day, the BIG day for moonbats across the country, as the Special Prosecutor releases his findings. Now, let's be quite clear here, there WERE no laws broke, as Valerie Plame was a known commodity throughout Washington, but when a prosecutor wishes to indict someone all he or she need do is find something akin to the Times nonsense...notes, or remarks that do not seem to jibe, and there you have it.

No crime commited before the investigation, but perhaps a boatload during the investigation. Weird shit, politics, ain't it?
