Checking, checking...nope, can't find anything about "understanding real people" as a prerequisite for a seat on the Supreme Court, but you wouldn't believe the tons of stuff about UNDERSTANDING THE CONSTITUTION.
Cornyn has me confused. Is she to be an Associate Justice or a stand-in for Dear Abbey?
