For Americans, Fight Is Fiercest in a Sunni City

By SABRINA TAVERNISE
In Ramadi, U.S. forces fight to hold their turf in a war against an enemy who seems to be everywhere but is not often seen.

"Fighting to hold their turf" is the NY Times way of making this seem like a present day Battle of The Bulge, when in fact the "enemy" is being pummeled down to their very atomic structure. There is no mere holding of turf anywhere in Iraq, now that George Bush has seen fit to allow the military to do what is necessary and destroy these goat molesting pig fellators wherever they may be found. The terrorist campaign in this part of the country IS a persistent one, make no mistake about that, but the author of this piece has obviously never been out of the green zone and is getting her information from other drunken correspondents who on a slow day make things up as they go along. Like being "kidnapped", only to be released just a few hours later.

Lets hope things dont go THAT bad for poor Sabrina, and that her every Mai-Tai is as flavorful as her last.
