Ah, murder most foul is rarer than ever, and wonder why. The "assault-weapon" ban was allowed to expire, and despite the vigorous protestations of every media outlet on the face of god's green earth, the murder rate declines. Why, you ask? Well now, where does one truly begin. Vultures and hyena's leave lions alone. To be a predator, you must have prey, and the single biggest obstacle to those that would do you harm is the ability to protect yourself. The thugs know this, people of good will know this, but the liberal loons who try and run the country from their lofty perch atop Leftwing Mountain want us all to be the modern equivalent of barefoot & pregnant, and beholding to THEM and them alone for our daily bread, and even our very existence. Cannot maintain a nanny-society if the sheeple have power, so the Brady-Bunchers and the politco's that love them strive mightily to make each and every one if us as vulnerable as possible so we'll turn to them for protection.
Arm yourself with a weapon you can shoot accurately. Protect yourself and your family and watch the murder rate dip even lower. Remember; police are there to avenge you, not to save you.
