Wowsers! Mike Wallace Is A Liberal???

"That's Mike Wallace two weeks ago at a Brady Center fundraiser in Washington, D.C. At the event, held at the French Embassy, Wallace played a clip of his "60 Minutes" interview with then-NRA president Charlton Heston, whom he described as the "self-righteous enemy of the Jim and Sarah Brady Bunch". Afterwards, he mocked Heston by holding his hands above his head (as if holding a rifle), and said "in my dead hands... remember when he used to hold up..." while the crowd tittered. He told Buchwald he'd made his $250 contribution to the Brady Center. And I haven't seen any mention of this at CBS.
Listen, I've got no problem with Mike Wallace having an opinion on an issue like gun control. I disagree with Wallace's position on gun control, but he has a right to his opinion. I think Wallace's appearance at the Brady Center event certainly calls into question his past reporting on the gun control issue as well, but that's not really the issue.
I just want to know a few things: does CBS have a policy prohibiting their air talent from appearances like this (hard to believe they do with Dan Rather's appearance at a Travis County, Texas Democratic fundraiser a few years ago), will CBS let us know about Wallace's fundraising activity for the Brady's the next time he does a piece on gun control, and did Wallace violate any CBS rules by using the clip from "60 Minutes" at the event?"

CBS DOES have such policies, and Cam Edwards DID ask if they'd enlighten us all as to how Mr. Wallace can be permitted to cover certain stories when he himself is a part of them...camedwards.com: What's Up With Wallace?

Now remember, these are the same lunatic Brady-Bunchers that recently handed out fliers at Florida airports, warning travelers to be polite to Floridians because Florida recently enacted a self-defense policy that pretty much says one can protect oneself if a murderer or rapist or car-jacker tries to commit mayhem. HOW FRICKIN' DARE THEY ALLOW THEIR CITIZENS TO FIGHT BACK!

Seriously though, I thought it to be high comedy...moonbats beseeching criminals to NOT be criminals or face the consequences. ALL states should invite the Brady's on over to tell the same story EVERYfrickinWHERE.
