Division titles are okay, and if you're the Minnesota Twins for example your announcers refer to them as "championships" (lord but what a revelation living in the midwest has been), but getting into the World Sereis is what the Yanks are all about.
Congratulations to the players who gave their all and to ownership for never skimping. With George's money and the fans support who knows how good of a run we'd have had the past few years if the team was being run by a top notch manager.
