John Moses Browning And The Bull
Tomorrow I'll be looking at a Taurus 1911 that an acquaintance wishes to unload. I know enough about the fella to wonder why he bought the gun in the first place, as he's pretty much a mousegunnish plinker, and not there's anything wrong with that. To each their own. But he tried real hard to have a go at shooting the .45 ACP but it was just too much thunder and lightning for the lad to long endure. He paid like $600 OTD, and if the thing is as all-that as some of the reviews have been saying I might just scarf it up.
UPDATE
As I remarked upon in the comment section, the gun was a piece of shite. I'm not suggesting that all Taureans of this ilk are junk, but this one was.
