In Florida, Brandishing means to intentionally present a firearm in such a manner as to reasonably induce fear into the mind of another.
So, and you know who you are so stop emailing me and giving others bad advice, once and for all do not tell folks that "printing" is the same as brandishing. A gun is to be concealed. Concealed means making a reasonable effort to hide the fact that it is a gun and not a state of euphoria that has created the lump in your pocket. With brandishing comes intent. Intent means you did it on purpose. Printing means you've not sufficiently hid the fact that you are concealing SOMETHING. Will the oddball cop still bust chops for the wrong reason? Sure. So whats new? But it isn't the law.
Once more, with feeling:
Brandishing presumes a threat to intimidate.
Printing means you need more Cling-Free.
