CORY BOOKER BRAVES A MUNICIPAL MESS

I won't include even a snippet of what Mr. Will has to say about the ultra liberal Mayor Booker. Somehow in some way, George felt the time was right to offer a fluff piece on one of the country's most liberal Mayors, because, it seems, Mayor Booker says that he is all for school choice but will never use the word voucher for fear of drawing the ire of the teachers union. Booker is a Bloomberg anti-gun Mayor who has joined in the call for the eradication of the 2nd Amendment, but because he is articulate sounding in soap-boxing the usual Drag-Yourself-Up-By-Your-Bootstraps, Brothers and Sisters, Will finds that to be impressive enough to waste a column in praise of just another entitlement-crazed uber-loon.

The medium IS the message. And the message George has for us, is that well shucks, Mayor Booker might not be as bad as many of the previous Newark Mayors and that alone makes him unique.
