Election Board Rejects "Not-The Whiteman's Bitch" As Appropriate Slogan

Madison — State elections officials narrowly rejected a Milwaukee Assembly candidate's attempt to run with the slogan "NOT the 'whiteman's bitch' " under her name on the ballot.
Ieshuh Griffin, a Milwaukee independent running to replace retiring Rep. Annette "Polly" Williams (D-Milwaukee), said in response she would sue the Government Accountability Board for infringing on her freedom of speech.
"I'm not making a derogatory statement toward an ethnic group. I'm stating what I'm not," Griffin told board members. "It's my constitutional right to freedom of speech."

First off, "white" is not an ethnicity, its a race. Caucasian. From here on in, for example, anyone referring to me as "white", will receive a fat lip because I'm a rampant Caucasoid and refuse to be labeled as merely a color. Where was I...

Oh yeah, this idiot negroid...

Were she to have been a Caucasoid, or, gasp, even worse a Tea Partying Caucasoid, Chris Matthews would be plastering her visage all over cable. Doesn't matter that no one really watched Matthews because folks pass along, like gas, the stuff he days and does cuz its funny, 3 Stooges funny.

Freedom of speech does of course not extend to vulgarities spoken..or in the case of this idjit, written in public. The state election officials have every right to laugh about this, then reject it as the racist bilge it is.

And thanks to the Volokh Conspiracy for the link.
