The U.S. Department of Transportation has analyzed dozens of data recorders from Toyota Motor Corp. vehicles involved in accidents blamed on sudden acceleration and found that the throttles were wide open and the brakes weren't engaged at the time of the crash, people familiar with the findings said.
Yep. As with all the other unintended acceleration claims, the current crop of 93 deaths lies literally at the feet of women and old men who can't seem to find the brake pedal.
Throttles wide open and unengaged brakes is what it is, and no amount of congressional panels are going to unglue the cell phones from these gals heads nor reinvigorate old men.
