Hand To Hand
The Benchmade Nimravus is my kind of folder. It's difficult to find a blade over 4" in length these days, because so very many states have prohibitive knife laws so whats a concealed weapon permit holder to do.
Lemme splain. Unless you are a practicing surgeon, and a good one at that, smallish knives are the closest thing to a waste of time if you intend on using one as a last line of defense. But, even the cop-shop websites don't feature many folders for the real world, so its good to see a modified Tanto in 154CM BT2. The sharp part is 4.5" long and the knife will set you back $110 simoleans or thereabouts. This IS a fighting knife. Most edged weapon experts will ridicule employing anything shorter than a 6" blade, but finding a folder that long is nigh on to impossible unless you don't mind pot-"steel".
If you've a CCW or whatever it is your particular state calls allowing you the right to bear arms, then by all means carry a man-sized cutter. Personally I'm looking for just the right samurai-sized folder because when it comes to slice & dice big is always better.
