This Just In From The UK: Water gun shock attack...PLUS...Britains New Typhoon Fighter Doesn't Come With Ammo....

"A WOMAN was badly shaken after being shot in the face with a high-powered water pistol.

The 22-year-old was walking on Dalry Road when she noticed a red car, possibly an old Ford Escort, drawing alongside her.

The suspect, a man, called to her. She ignored him but was then struck by a surge of water she believed was fired from a water gun. The attack took place at 7.45am last Tuesday."

I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would need so powerful a soaker with such a large reservoir. Aren't the regular capacity waterguns enough? Do the owners of these assault-soakers intend on wetting down every man, woman, and child on the planet? Now, I've no quibble with your average watergun, but there's absolutely no reason for such high capacity devices and it's high time we put an end to this madness.

From scaring the drawers off of helpless women...

To: Ammo? Who Brought The Ammo?

"The Royal Air Force's new Typhoon fighters -- which entered air-defense service this month -- are fitted with German-designed 27-millimeter cannons, but the pilots receive no training on the weapon and the service hasn't even bought any ammunition."
