I decided I simply could not maintain a serious demeanor concerning the phony photo's from Reuters, or the refrigerated bodies brought in to stage the "massacre" at Qana, hence the stab at poking fun at al Reuters for being such obvious frauds. What the Yellowstream Media STILL doesn't get is the fact that they cannot pass this crap off as factual reporting, and you'd have thunk they'd have learned something of a lesson from Rathergate. How very many times must they be reminded that it is not the old days and they can't lie with impunity? Such goings on throws a suspicious shadow over everything they produce from here to eternity, and when even CNN is talking to Charles Johnson about how he outed the Reuters pics it isn't just the blogosphere yammering on and on anymore.
The Medium has ALWAYS been the message, and this cannot be stressed enough but there's a difference between featuring slanted stories and manufacturing bogus ones. Green Helmet Dude carted in corpsicles for the fenzied media to report upon, and not a one of them could figure this guy out? It took Bloggers to report the fact that all over Lebabon Hezbollah operatives have been staging one civilian death after another?
No, it's far worse than the MSM being incompetent, far worse. They are permitting themselves to be duped and in some cases doing the duping.
