Joannie* of course WORKED for the ACLU, and if any conservative-minded Justice was so blatently nonplussed by so obvious a conflict of interest, the NY Times and the rest of the Loons would be screaming bloody murder.
*The lady was born Joan Ruth Bader, and like RodHam, changes names whenever the feeling is upon her. I am not a friend or colleague, so have always referred to her by her given first name, hoping that she detests it.
