Why War Doesn't Play Well In Peoria...

"Israel now appears to be seeking to accomplish through diplomacy what its military so far has been unable or unwilling to accomplish on the battle field. The predicament is usually one associated with the Arabs when fighting Israel. And the confidence Israel's leaders are placing on a multinational force and a U.N. cease-fire to protect the country from Hezbollah has drawn loud protests from Israeli politicians."

We simply do not have anything resembling an attention span. The fast-food media becomes bored when wars last longer than 3 or 4 days, as is evidenced by such abject nonsense as seen above. The Israeli military's performance has been exemplary, but since they haven't defeated Hezzbollah, Syria, Iran, and pushed into Central Africa by now, even scribes performing scribblery for the NY Sun express doubts about what the Jews have or can accomplish.

Listen and learn, oh detewiller supremo: Israel MUST take baby steps. Israel MUST seek a diplomatic solution even as it pounds Lebanon into dust motes. The French-led coalition of white-flag-fanny's will not have it any other way. They have committed close to 10,000 troops, with another 40,000 making themselves more than obvious as they await the call to lock and load.

Pay attention to what's really going on in the world and you might very well understand something more than what you're media kin has figured out. Although the cloned smoke WAS funny as shit.
