Report: Israel Asks U.S. for Iraqi Airspace Corridor for Iran Strike

LONDON — "Israel opened negotiations to fly through U.S. controlled airspace in Iraq to carry out strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, a British newspaper reported Saturday. Israel's deputy defense minister denied the claim.

The Daily Telegraph newspaper quoted an unnamed Israeli defense official as saying the talks were aimed at planning for all scenarios, including any future decision to target Iran's nuclear program."

British-Newspaper and Facts are words unbelonging to the same dimension, so we'll take this with a grain of salt. But since the Iranians are saying that the American taxpayer shouldn't be asked to foot the bill for yet another war, it IS a terrific solution to a moslem problem, so thanks for mentioning that, oh camelhumpers of the swirling sands. I'm quite sure that every scenario imaginable is being looked at, and while disbelieving The Daily Telegraph, am glad that George Bush is President this day and not some screeching harridan or on-the-job training nobody.
