"Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
The Constitution is clear that foreign affairs are the bailiwick of the Executive Branch, but since when has THIS meant a hill of beans when a democrat wants to make headlines. Of course Nancy won't be held accountable, but isn't it sad that this creature would exhibit such bad behavior, as Vice President Cheney opined. Well, Dick didn't call her a creature because he has to play nice. But were I her, I wouldn't be going grouse hunting with the guy anytime soon. And don't tell me that Nance wasn't conducting intercourse because it's her DUTY to fuck us wherever and whenever she can. She's a lefty. We're Americans.
