CALL FOR THE MEN IN BLACK...BECAUSE...

A two-hour standoff at a Bullskin Township home ended with state police shooting a man in the shoulder, according to WTAE Channel 4's news exchange partners at the Tribune-Review.

Police said Randall McKlveen was unarmed when a trooper's weapon accidentally discharged after police stormed McKlveen's house on Longanecker Road late Saturday night.

McKlveen locked himself in a room and refused to allow police to enter, so troopers entered the house to take him to a mental health facility, police said.

The trooper's gun went off after McKlveen had been taken into custody, police said.

McKlveen was flown to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh in serious condition. The Fayette County district attorney's office will investigate the shooting."

So, um, the gun WENT-OFF, and hit Mr. McKlveen in the shoulder.

HOW many rules were broken for that to happen??

Thanks to The War on Guns.
