Swoon Over My Hammy...

White Sox Jump Out to a Solid Start
Clemens Exits After 2 Innings, Three Runs: White Sox 5, Astros 3

Roger's act was a weary one in NY, and that had a lot to do with why he "retired". Every time he'd mention something was ailing him, sure enough, the next start was a dud, and all week long articles were flooding the web about his hamstring acting up. Hell, he's got to be kicking himself for not moving to the National League a lot sooner...just imagine the records he'd own, to say nothing of the adoration from towel-waving yokels in Texas glad to see someone, anyone, who could play major league baseball.

Be good to see the White Sox win the whole shebang, if nothing else than it's about time a non-English speaking manager made it to the limelight. Makes learning the signs all the more important when the honcho doesn't understand you, or you him, and that's back to good old fundamental baseball.
