So That's Why The Tickets Were So Expensive...

Every player on the Colts will receive $78,000 as Super Bowl winner's share. Each player on the Bears will get $40,000.

Last year's Super Bowl champions, the Steelers, received $73,000 each, while the Seahawks' per-player share was $38,000. In Super Bowl I, played Jan. 15, 1967, each member of the winning Packers received $15,000. The Chiefs' share was $7,500.
