UK Man Charged With Possession Of Exploding Bullets

DUM-DUM & DUMBER
By Paula Murray

"A GUN NUT who kept more than 2000 dum-dum bullets at his home was jailed for two years yesterday.

Brian McIntosh, 47, also had a cache of parts for AK47 assault rifles, and three banned stun guns.

McIntosh told police he liked collecting "illegal things".

But he also said he didn't know it was against the law to keep dum-dums-hollow-pointed rounds which blow apart on impact causing horrific wounds."

As David over at War On Guns noted, way to go Paula, nice job at being an unbiased "reporter". It is difficult to tell if journalists in the UK are really this stupid, or intentionally misrepresenting...oh hell call a spade a spade...LYING to further their socialist agenda.

As we all know, the munitions produced at the factory in Dumdum India were the first mass produced bullets designed to expand to a larger caliber upon impact. They do not blow apart. That is called a fragmentation round, valued do to the fact that over-penetration is not a worry so you won't shoot Bubba Bad Guy, then clip that group of Nuns crossing the street behind him. Hollowpoints also tend to penetrate less as well, and ARE banned in communist strongholds such as the UK and New Jersey.
