General Officer Announcements
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President made the following nominations:

Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Kenneth J. Glueck Jr. has been nominated for appointment to the grade of major general. Glueck is currently serving as the chief of staff, United States Southern Command, Tampa, Fla.

Marine Corps Brig. Gen. John M. Paxton Jr. has been nominated for appointment to the grade of major general. Paxton is currently serving as the commanding general, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and commanding general, Eastern Recruiting Region, San Diego, Calif.

Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Dennis J. Hejlik has been nominated for appointment to the grade of major general. Hejlik is currently serving as the commander, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command, Quantico, Va.

Marine Corps Brig. Gen. James F. Flock has been nominated for appointment to the grade of major general. Flock is currently serving as the assistant deputy commandant (Facilities), Installations and Logistics Department, Headquarters, United States Marine Corps, Washington, D.C.

Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Carl B. Jensen has been nominated for appointment to the grade of major general. Jensen is currently serving as the commander, Expeditionary Strike Group Three, San Diego, Calif.

Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Ronald S. Coleman has been nominated for appointment to the grade of major general. Coleman is currently serving as the director, Personnel Management Division, Manpower and Reserve Affairs Department, Headquarters, United States Marine Corps, Quantico, Va.

Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Edward G. Usher III has been nominated for appointment to the grade of major general. Usher is currently serving as the assistant deputy commandant (Plans), Installations and Logistics Department, Headquarters, United States Marine Corps, Washington, D.C.

Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Robert B. Neller has been nominated for appointment to the grade of major general. Neller is currently serving as the assistant division commander, 1st Marine Division, Camp Pendleton, Calif.

Marine Corps Brig. Gen. George J. Flynn, has been nominated for appointment to the grade of major general. Flynn is currently serving as the chief of staff, United States Special Operations Command, Tampa, Fla.

Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Mary Ann Krusa-Dossin has been nominated for appointment to the grade of major general. Krusa-Dossin is currently serving as the director, Public Affairs Division, Headquarters Marine Corps, Washington, D.C.
