Jan. 6, 2006 "Former Wal-Mart Vice Chairman Thomas Coughlin has agreed to plead guilty to federal wire-fraud and tax-evasion charges, according to people familiar with the proposed plea agreement. Coughlin left the company last year amid accusations that he misappropriated as much as $500,000."
