Or...a damned good way to test the latest chain-gun. Muscle-flexing? From non-voters? What then...they'll refuse to pick strawberry's and the economy is doomed? No more cheap lawn services? They can continue gathering in one place so we can at long last begin sending them back to beanerville en masse?

Can ANYONE explain to me how this is a wise decision?
