The Old Shell-Game Continues

"SHARPTON RAPS OBAMA"

"Barack Obama made a call for nonviolence in the aftermath of the Sean Bell verdict - infuriating the Rev. Al Sharpton, who accused the presidential candidate of trying to "grandstand in front of white people," sources told The Post.

During what a source described as a "heated" phone call yesterday, Sharpton told Obama he was disappointed with the Illinois senator's words on Friday, when Obama said "resorting to violence to express displeasure" was "completely unacceptable and counterproductive."

And if you believe that, I'll give you a special cut-rate price on this bridge I'm trying to unload.

Sharpton has joined the Pastor-Wright-Make-Obo-Seem-Normal campaign, in order to placate those frightened white people who otherwise might be averse to voting for someone who does seem to have some pretty subversive friends. Its the same old trick they play in NY, and for all I know back in Chi-town too. If the cats out of the bag then circle the wagons to prove that what you've heard tell isn't for real. Experts at playing Good-Negro, Bad-Negro, the best way to make someone appear mainstream is to give the public someone way out in left field to compare to.

Let no one say that these crooks aren't cunning.
