CNN has to my surprise been pretty much down the middle, keeping tabs with online blogging and pointing out that the lefty blogs have nothing to say aside from "we need to know more about this guy", but being CNN cannot help itself by bringing attention to the less than polite comments coming from righty bloggers.
Fox has Megyn Blondenhair, the proponent of all things painfully obvious and she hasn't contributed very much to the analysis. Most of the media IS on the same page with the assumption that the Dems...Kennedy and Biden the lone exceptions so far...are merely showing the flag and not going for the jugular. This will come to an abrupt halt when Chuckie Schumer has his time to make a bigger fool of himself than all of the other combined. When you have nothing substantive to offer, why not give the paying customers a closer look at the geek trying to bite the head off a chicken.
And not to leave the ASSociated Press out of the coverage for they are summoning all three of their staff writers who are fluent in English to report upon these hearings, and here's the headline they've come up with:
