Americans use the most resources, and regardless of the fact that Americans DO the MOST work and contribute the MOST to the global economy, and in greater proportions to their actual consumption, Bush and America are to blame for Katrina, world hunger, the reluctance for Panda's to mate in captivity, and the sole reason the jerkwad Red Sox won the World Series last year.
Messenger wholeheartedly agrees. The Red Sox are jerkwads.
