This system is designed to work with Mossberg 500, 590, and Maverick 88 12-gauge shotguns. All 590 models will require a ‘590’ adapter. A ‘500’ adapter (available from Knoxx) is required for those Mossberg 500 and Maverick 88 models equipped with 20” barrels. Some early model Maverick 88s and 500s were designed with single, rather than double action bars. These guns are not compatible with the Sidewinder kit
